We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join a dynamic entertainment production company on a project-based term. This role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations, within the fast-paced and creative environment of the entertainment industry.

• Recruitment:Partner with hiring managers to source, attract, and onboard top talent for various projects and productions.
• Employee Relations:Act as a trusted resource for employees, handling inquiries, conflicts, and fostering a positive work culture.
• Performance Management:Develop and implement performance appraisal processes to drive employee growth and development.
• Training and Development:Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in alignment with project requirements.
• Policy Compliance:Ensure company policies and procedures are followed, keeping abreast of labor laws and regulations.
• HR Strategy:Collaborate with senior management to create and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and project success.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience:Minimum of 5 years in human resources management, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
• Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Personal Attributes:
• Discreet and able to handle confidential information.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
