Position Description

Under general supervision this full-time position as Bilingual Production Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing various administrative and reception tasks in a professional, accurate and timely manner.

Essential Job Functions

• Meet/greet visitors and notifies employee.
• Pick-up and distributes daily USPS mail.
• Distributes overnight package deliveries and notifies employee(s).
• Maintain office and breakroom supplies and places orders as needed for all depts.
• Maintain adequate printer supplies and coordinates equipment maintenance requests.
• Maintains cellar breakroom supplies twice per week.
• Daily cleaning of Vitru coffee machine – Admin building only
• Assists with Safety Program recordkeeping including tracking and filing.
• Assists in coordinating facility special events.
• Provides back-up for our Kronos payroll as needed.
• Other administrative tasks as needed.
• Some lifting, walking and outdoor tasks.
  
  

Prior Experience / Skill Requirements

• Bilingual fluency (speaking, reading, writing) required.
• High School diploma required.
• Strong office support functions.
• Prior experience working with wineries and/ or vineyards a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively.
• Must be well organized, focused, professional in demeanor and communications.
• Have high sense of urgency for timeliness, accuracy, support and follow through on tasks to successful completion.
• Must be responsive to inquiries and information requests.
  
  

WAGE TRANSPARENCY

The base pay for this role ranges from $23.00 - $30.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
