Position: Part or Full Time Custodian Location: Royal South Toyota Mazda Volvo, Bloomington, Indiana

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and carpets.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and customer waiting areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings and events.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
