- Technical Customer Support ResponsibilitiesAssess and collect customer tooling information at customer locations.Source tooling products, check pricing and delivery per customer requirements.Work as part of the installation team to install tool crib inventory software and hardware and train customers on the software.Organize customer tool cribs, take a complete tool crib inventory, and enter the inventory into software.Perform software maintenance and upgrades. Assist all existing customers with software and hardware support as needed.Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position.Machinist
- Technical Customer Requirements3+ years of Tool Room/Machining experience working with cutting toolsProfessional customer service and communication skillsAbility to work as a team or independentlyExcellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skillsProficient PC/computer skills - especially Microsoft ExcelM
- F, 7am
