Key Responsibilities

• Receive guidance and assignments from managers and team leads
• Engage with vendors and manage interactions within vendor portals
• Maintain and oversee Excel trackers for telecom expense data
• Collaborate closely with project implementation teams
• Partner effectively with our Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Vendor for inventory oversight
• Conduct audit reviews and detailed data analyses
• Perform thorough research using both internal and external systems

• Fundamental knowledge of telecommunications modes and cost generation
• Strong communication, observational, and analytical abilities
• Proven time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage extensive workloads
