Our client, a non-profit advocating for small businesses across the US, is seeking a Marketing & Public Relations Assistant to support strategic initiatives which will create and maintain a positive public image for the organization.

Our client, a non-profit advocating for small businesses across the US, is seeking a Marketing & Public Relations Assistant to support strategic initiatives which will create and maintain a positive public image for the organization.
In This Role You Will
- Develop and execute social media and content strategies to release information on the organization in a manner that will promote a positive public image.
- Respond to information requests from media contacts.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, and public interest groups.
- Manage calendars; schedule meetings; send invitations.
- Attend calls; populate CRM with meeting notes and client profile data; create tasks and assign to others for follow-ups.
- Manage e-mail in-box and general correspondence.
- Track projects and tasks
