Job Overview

We invite aspiring nursing professionals to apply for our esteemed RN New Grad Program, designed to facilitate a seamless transition from academic training to a rewarding nursing career. This program offers structured training and mentorship, positioning you to excel in the dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training schedule, typically Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours a week, with some possibility of weekend shifts during holidays.
• Engage in a clinical preceptorship consisting of three 12-hour shifts weekly, including weekends per the preceptor’s schedule.
• Obtain vital certifications including BLS, ACLS, CPI, EKG, NIH Stroke Scale, and Meditech Modules throughout the program.
• Commit to mandatory attendance for the duration of the program to ensure complete learning and integration.
• Achieve professional development goals by collaborating with a mentor and attending resident seminars focused on core nursing competencies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Recent graduates from an accredited nursing school within the past 12 months.
• Candidates should have no more than 6 months of RN experience, preferably less than 2 months of hospital practice and no more than 6 months in nursing home or home health settings.
• A current Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure is required prior to the start of the program, with active FL RN license to be obtained within 90 days for those holding a compact license.
• Previous experience in medical or service sectors is valued but not mandatory.
• Candidates must exhibit strong self-motivation and excellent communication skills.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary starting at:
• Med/Surg & PCU: $29.81
• ICU: $30.94
• Specialty: $32.79
• Sign-on bonus of $10,000 contingent upon a two-year commitment.
• Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis for out-of-state applicants.
• Additional compensation may apply for candidates with prior experience as LPNs, CNAs, or EMTs.
