Customer Success Specialist

Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist role based in Stratford, Connecticut. This role is primarily in the education industry and involves a range of responsibilities, including scheduling tests, assisting customers, and handling various student services. The position demands a team player who is proficient in Microsoft Suite and other computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling tests and coordinating student activities.
• Handling student-facing responsibilities to ensure their success.
• Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Working closely with the Student Services Team to provide high-quality service.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites and other computer programs to perform tasks.
• Answering inbound calls and providing prompt responses.
• Collaborating with the team to improve customer service processes.
• Performing various billing functions as required.
• Using basic office skills to manage daily tasks.
• Ensuring all customer interactions comply with the industry standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Success Specialist or similar position
• Proficiency in computer programs and Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience in answering inbound calls and assisting customers
• Demonstrated experience in benefit and billing functions
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Basic office skills including filing, sorting, and managing documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with customers
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
