Learning Specialist

Key Role:

Design, implement, and evaluate an organization's learning courses and programs. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, may review or guide activities of more junior employees. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with supporting dispersed client organizations in the federal or private sector
• Experience with technical editing, grammar, and writing for instruction and client reports
• Experience with adult learning theory and instructional technologies
• Experience with using eLearning development software, including Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Experience with working in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint
• Bachelor's degree
  
  
  

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with eLearning technologies, including webinar platforms, or Learning Management Systems
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
