The EPIC HR Recruiter/Generalist We Are Looking For

We are currently looking for a qualified HR Recruiter/Generalist to join our team and provide operational support for the HR department. The main focus of this role will be recruiting, in addition to supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and payroll. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing every phase of our recruitment efforts, including managing job postings, identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating efforts with hiring managers. Will working closely with the HR Manager to understand staffing needs. We are looking for someone with a sound knowledge of sourcing techniques and extensive experience in conducting various types of interviews and phone screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify job specifications.
  • Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, drafting offer letters.
  • Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Reviewing incoming resumes and application forms and providing details of qualified candidates to the company’s hiring managers
  • Conducting interviews using different mediums (e.g., phone, video, and AI introductions)
  • Coordinates pre-boarding activities, including HRIS onboarding and IT/ Equipment coordination.
  • Acts as the main point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
  • Maintains accurate records of onboarding activities and new hire information in HR systems.
  • Working with the HR manager to identify future staffing needs
  • Provides support and guidance to employees related to compensation and benefits
  • Processing biweekly payroll and handling off-cycle processing as necessary
  • Assists in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Supports HR initiatives and participates in various projects to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintains accurate employee records and HRIS data.

Requirements

The ideal candidates possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Paylocity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to act with confidentiality.
