Scanning Clerk

Under general supervision, performs data entry and clerical work for assigned Department. Work involves preparing and scanning into digital format documents, reports, files, plans, wide format maps etc., organizing the files by name or year, matching contents of computer to tangible documents, and saving them to designated digital folders for retention in local drives. Frequently needs to position self to reach documents on high and low shelves and in file drawers, to retrieve supplies under desks, and work on utility tables.
