Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Fullstack Software Engineer with expertise in Node.js and React to join our dynamic development team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, including code reviews, testing, and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on Node.js and React.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end frameworks. Familiarity with SQL/noSQL databases, Docker, and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
