The Care Management Business Analyst is responsible for the implementation and ongoing technical support of Enterprise Care Management operational systems, while ensuring alignment with department needs and strategies. Under direction of Care Management Clinical Director, the CMBA holds a pivotal role in deploying and supporting the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the departments operational systems that enables department delivery process and data improvements, while identifying opportunities for system enhancements to maximize productivity and ensure quality. Works with end users, project team members, third-party vendors, IT, and managers at all levels of the company to drive standards and best practices, eliminate redundancies, and deliver on objectives within product development, business process design, IT/department operations development, software development, and their respective lifecycles. Will also manage project-based deliverables that include, but not limited to process mapping, gathering business requirements, designing/generating reports, developing/executing test plans and configuration and set-up of the department operational systems, working as part of a team supporting enterprise CM Department software applications and infrastructure.

Required Skills
- General office management skills
- Computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Advanced knowledge of Care Management Systems, willingness to advance from beginner to expert.
- Organizational, prioritization, to include time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including phone etiquette.
- Demonstrates a commitment to customer service and an ability to meet the needs and expectations of patients and colleagues.
- Medical terminology
- Strong problem solving, analytical, designing, research, and statistical skills.
- Creative, motivated, input driven, goal-oriented team player and equally able to complete assignments independently.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Clinical Informatics, Computer Science or Business related field
- IT Project Management practices/procedures and methodologies
- Work Experience in IT Healthcare Settings, Knowledge of healthcare industry standards
