Position Title: Project Manager

Reporting to: COO

Compensation: $90,000 to $95,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional client experiences and earn 5-star reviews.
• Over-communicate with clients and the install team, providing detailed project schedules.
• Measure project sites, order materials, and coordinate deliveries.
• Approve supplier invoices and manage installation details.
• Organize and manage warehouse inventory.
• Ensure project timelines and safety codes are met.
• Conduct regular operations meetings to implement new programs, address concerns, and recognize excellent work.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of on-site project management experience in kitchen and/or bath remodeling.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Residential remodeling or construction management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and project management systems (e.g., ServiceMinder, Buildertrend).
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend hours.
• Experience coordinating a team of tradespeople.
• Innovative and analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
  
  

Compensation: $90,000.00 per year
