Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the customer service team, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
Train and mentor team members to foster professional growth and improve service quality.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least [X] years in a managerial position.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in customer service software and CRM systems.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
