- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and create treatment plans.

- Stay updated on mental health research and developments.
- Hold a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Possess a valid LCSW license in the state.
- Knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Pay range of $80k-$100k per year.
