Postion Summary

The purpose of this position is to perform housekeeping procedures in an efficient, cost-effective manner to safely meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements. Must be able to communicate in English.

Education Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Experience Requirements

Ability to use tools and equipment required to perform job duties.

JOB KNOWLEDGE

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers.

DUTIES OF POSITION

Customer Service

  • Operates housekeeping equipment safely.
  • Observes waste disposal procedures in accordance with Company Guidelines.
  • Provides on-site immediate response to those prospective residents or family members who come to the Company for information.
  • Uses housekeeping supplies efficiently.
  • Prioritizes and manages time effectively.
  • Observes waste disposal procedures in accordance with Company Guidelines.
  • Assist with proper care of housekeeping equipment and identifies and reports any equipment malfunction to the manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Takes steps necessary to produce excellent work in any task or job that is assigned.
