Summary: The Conductor Program Manager plays a vital role in designing and overseeing innovative programming that lowers barriers for entrepreneurs, enabling them to launch and expand their businesses. The position involves comprehensive management of all Conductor events, services, and initiatives, ensuring exceptional quality, impact, and excellence in all Conductor offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead and enhance major Conductor initiatives, including the 10X Growth Accelerator Program and the Healthcare Innovation Sprint, to drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
- Event Coordination: Oversee all facets of Conductor events from conception to execution. This includes coordinating speakers, logistical support, audio/visual management, event introduction, and post-event follow-ups with attendees to foster ongoing relationships.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the excellence of all Conductor offerings by sourcing engaging speakers, curating relevant content, and implementing feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
- Network Development: Manage and grow key programs such as the KIVA Loan Program, Conductor Connect SME Network, and Conductor Peer Groups, fostering a collaborative environment and menu of services for entrepreneurs.
- Entrepreneur Consulting: Provide tailored one-on-one consulting for entrepreneurs, delivering results-driven insights, tools, and connections to navigate challenges in business growth.
- Funding Acquisition: Research and identify grant and funding opportunities to support specific programs and initiatives.
- Grant Writing and Development: Lead the creation of compelling grant proposals and develop new initiatives and programs that align with organizational goals.
- Reporting and Accountability: Prepare and submit monthly reports on grants and contracts, and manage tracking of outputs and outcomes relative to established objectives.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage program spending in alignment with the annual budget.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with local stakeholders, businesses, and community organizations to enhance program visibility and impact.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic direction of the Conductor by identifying emerging trends, assessing community needs, and proposing innovative solutions.
- Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as needed or assigned

This position offers flexibility for occasional remote work, but will primarily require in-person attendance at the Arnold Innovation Center located at 1201 Oak Street Conway, AR.
