Sales Development Representative

GoEngineer is seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be working closely with our Sales Team through multiple prospecting activities. We have a proven track record for promoting from within. Our goal is to find ambitious salespeople who are willing to put in the work in an environment designed to develop them for growth and opportunity.

GoEngineer is a provider of the most compelling design platforms in the industry, deploying engineering software and 3D Printing technology to make the design process innovative, efficient, and intelligent.

Your Key Contributions in this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Use outbound calling, emailing, and other prospecting efforts to find and qualify sales opportunities to pass to Account Executives.
• Follow-up with leads coming in from GoEngineer’s marketing efforts.
• Promote multiple products and services from 3D design software to 3D Printers and 3D Scanners.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of activity and managing his/her own sales pipeline.
  
  

Requirements

• 2- 3 years of previous experience in sales, sales support, sales development required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven success of effective time management and organizational skills.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Experience with a CRM, or similar software or applications is highly preferred.
• College degree preferred, but not required with applicable experience or strong interest in sales.

Hours & Competitive Compensation Includes

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, in-person out of our Eden Prairie office located Minnesota.

We offer a competitive base pay + uncapped commissions, plus benefits detailed below.
