Job Description
The ILS and Supply Support position will provide Product and Program support to E23 supply department at NSWC Port Hueneme Division. The successful candidate will become a part of a very dynamic, fast paced team that requires flexibility in tasking to rapidly respond to fleet requirements. Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Required Skills:
Applicants may need to have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the Minimum Qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation including but not limited to, criminal history, employment, and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.

Job Description
The ILS and Supply Support position will provide Product and Program support to E23 supply department at NSWC Port Hueneme Division. The successful candidate will become a part of a very dynamic, fast paced team that requires flexibility in tasking to rapidly respond to fleet requirements. Specific duties and responsibilities include:
- Define system supportability requirements and evaluate program documentation for logistics impacts
- Provide program support with data gathering and analysis that support program deliverables
- Coordinate weekly/monthly program meetings
- Develop and maintain Intergrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Review and track Logistics products in various databases and systems
- Track inventory and warehouse management within Navy-Enterprise Inventory Database (N-ERP)
Required Skills:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn quickly and perform in a dynamic, fast paced team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to evolving customer requirements and produce positive results.
- Ability to obtain a valid U.S. government secret clearance.
- Experience with Navy-ERP and other Navy Logistics databases
- Current U.S. government secret clearance.
- Experience with OneTouch / Logiquest
