Call Center Confirmation Specialist

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Call Center Confirmation Specialist to join our team!

As an Call Center Confirmation Specialist, you play a key role in managing our appointment schedule for in-home consultations across all Esler Cos Renewal by Andersen markets.

This is an on-site position that reports to our Northborough, MA office.

This includes in-bound and outbound calling to confirm details of pre-scheduled visits for order accuracy and on-time schedule assurance.

What You'll Be Doing - The Role

• Manage appointment calendars
• Dispatch and communicate with field representatives
• Data entry using multiple platforms
• Follow up on canceled and rescheduled leads

• Call Center experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional Demeanor
• High School diploma or educational equivalent preferred
• Comfortable navigating multiple applications and platforms
