Position Responsibilities

  • Execute on the operational and strategic plan for Neurosurgery services
  • Provide direction in the development of strategy by leveraging organizational strengths and relationships.
  • Evaluate existing structure to ensure the continued support for the future growth of neurosurgery services.
  • Serve as the leader for the neurosurgery service line by being the liaison with all other departments.
  • Provide administrative direction of the overall operations of the neurosurgery service line.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders, clinicians and physicians to provide oversight of clinical and operational practices.
  • Collaborate with department leaders, physician leaders, and administrative leaders to develop a robust integrated neurosurgery service line.
  • Work towards integrating services lines, enhancing physician engagement, and improving patient and operational outcomes.
  • Provide oversight over the neurosurgery service line ensuring a hyper-focused, data driven approach towards quality and operational performance.
  • Operationalize community and network development opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with community physicians to increase capacity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree in related area is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in Managed Care.
