Workday Project Manager

Knowledge Services is seeking a Workday Project Manager for a 6-month contract (potential for extension) in Zionsville, IN.  Applicants must be local to the general Indianapolis area and able to work a hybrid work schedule.

Workday Project Manager Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the implementation of Workday Strategic Sourcing, Workday Learning, and LinkedIn Learning integration projects.

• As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of these projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery, while collaborating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday implementations, with experience in sourcing and procurement processes, learning management systems (LMS), and third-party learning platform integration.

Workday Project Manager Requirements:

• Must have at least 5+ years of program/project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading Workday implementation projects.
• Experience in implementing Workday Strategic Sourcing and Workday Learning modules.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning and its integration with enterprise learning management systems.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide projects, with a strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and learning management systems.
• Strong understanding of Workday, and proficiency in sourcing and procurement operations.
• Experience in cloud-based learning solutions, including LMS and third-party platform integrations.
• Exhibits strong skills in use of Jira and Smartsheet tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar tools).
