Who You Are

The Revenue Operations Manager at Lugano is responsible for optimizing the sales team by developing and implementing effective sales processes, tools, and reporting systems. This role ensures that the sales operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with our VP of North America and President, ensuring all sales operations are aligned with the direction of the overall sales growth. You would be essential in ensuring that our salons operate remarkably and that our sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals.

What You Will Do

  • Sales Process Management:
    • Develop, document, and implement sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Ensure consistency in sales methodologies and best practices across the team
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning:
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and information to succeed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments
    • Performance Management:
    • Assist in setting performance metrics and KPIs for the sales team.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Commission Administration
    • Administer and streamline the sales commission process, ensuring accurate tracking, calculation, and timely payouts.
What You Bring

  • You have proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can interpret sales data and metrics.
  • You are proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • You are confident in providing accurate commission data on a regular cadence.
  • You pride yourself on excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You can manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You understand the importance of being detail-oriented, focusing on accuracy and quality.

Pay Transparency

Targeted base compensation is $120,000 (plus an annual bonus). The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our Work Environment

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered light: office work, seldom lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
