Position Summary

Analyzes business requirements, processes, and data to improve business systems and operations. Support the data analysis and reporting needs across multiple business areas.

Major Tasks And Responsibilities

• Drives the analysis and transformation of business requirements for reporting and analytics projects into specifications or working prototypes, supporting cross-functional business teams
• Partners with the IT team to develop new relational data objects and reporting capabilities, supporting the analytics needs of cross-functional business teams.
• Uses reporting technology to query data sources to provide analysis and data extracts requested by business partners.
• Derives and recommends data-driven insights and partners with business leaders to drive action
• Creates and maintains reporting solutions, providing status updates, system performance, and efficiency.
• Reviews and improve current business processes, recommending system enhancements or new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 2+ years of business analysis experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with Relational DB platforms (MSSQL is preferred) using SQL.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, analytical tools, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
