Clinic Manager- Plymouth Primary Care Clinic

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinic Manager to join our Plymouth Primary Care team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
Provide overall direction and daily management of the operation of designated medical units. Assure operational goals and objectives are obtained through planning, implementing, and directing of programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. Assist in planning, research, development, and implementation of new or modified techniques, methods, practices and approaches requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative. Identifies specialized, unique, or complex problem areas and develops recommendations.
Work Schedule:
8am-5pm; hours may vary based on business need.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (AD with four to eight years’ experience)
- Minimum of two to eight years related supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
- If position requires a RN, current Minnesota license is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in Nursing Administration desired
