Order Fulfillment Coordinator

General Accountabilities

• Perform a variety of fulfillment duties such as processing client orders, assembling and packaging orders/shipments, labeling boxes
• Provide clients with product and company information via phone, email, chat (text)
• Create internal orders, entering client information into various spreadsheets, and processing payments
• Increase office productivity by resolving (minor) problems/challenges independently
• Conduct day-to-day office tasks including following up with clients, checking voicemails, returning emails, etc
• Additional duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary
  
  

Desired Skills/Experience

• Experience in similar roles is a plus
• Online retail/e-commerce experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Google Apps (Google sheets, docs, drive)
• Exceptional typing, writing and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a sense of urgency
• Capable of working toward larger company goals, in addition to executing smaller objectives
• Efficient ability to work in a team setting as well as individually
• Strong decision-making skills; the understanding of when to ask questions
• Punctual and due date conscious is a must
• Maintain a positive professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
