Marketing Assistant/Intern

The Fort Myers Mighty Mussels are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will support the marketing department in promoting our brand and enhancing the overall fan experience. You will help implement marketing strategies, assist with promotional events, and engage with our community both online and offline. Your passion for sports and marketing will play a vital role in driving our efforts to connect with fans and grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print).
• Help develop engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, and website updates.
• Monitor and assist with management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar software is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in marketing, sports, or event planning is preferred, but not required.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and game days.
