Job Description:

The Value Leadership Project Manager has overall responsibility for facilitating the planning and execution of product and launch projects in terms of development, launch execution, and post launch evaluation. The Activity Sr. Analyst will partner with business (the Activity Champion - whomever is leading the activity), to facilitate and manage the scoping, planning and timing of any given project. The role is responsible for leading project teams to successfully plan and execute projects. This will allow to focus on execution, improved visibility to risks and issues, and will help to establish a culture of discipline and excellence in execution.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of business experience (either Brand management/ Innovation, Supply Chain or Finance function), including 1 year of Project Management experience or related work
  • Proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels to achieve business objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project would be an advantage

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Identify targets, critical success factors and scope of the project;
  • Build cross-functional team and build communication with stakeholders;
  • Lead the team and the project through the stages and gate process, managing risks and creating mitigation plan;
  • Prepare projects for Portfolio Management Review forum.
