Your role will involve developing new business, building strong relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

- Salary Range:** $75,000-$90,000 Base Pay + Commission

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for promoting and selling Servpro's services in the commercial sector. Your role will involve developing new business, building strong relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sell SERVPRO services to commercial clients within your assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain a commercial customer base through proactive outreach.
- Educate clients on emergency preparedness by offering Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs).
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the commercial space.
- Provide accurate pretesting, scoping, and estimates for jobs.
- Monitor ongoing projects to maximize sales opportunities.
- Participate in local networking and marketing events to promote Servpro’s services.
- Conduct targeted daily marketing efforts to drive new business.
- Set up one-on-one meetings with commercial contacts to gain referrals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and goals.
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven success in commercial sales and marketing.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with business and financial acumen.
- Preferred experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industries.
- Proficiency with business software and technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to pass a background check (as required by law).
- Base salary of $75,000-$90,000 plus commission.
- Vehicle, laptop, and cell phone provided.
