About Us

MyWellbeing is a mental health platform dedicated to connecting individuals with qualified therapists who meet their unique needs. We pride ourselves on our personalized matching system, which helps therapy seekers find the right support. To drive business growth and significantly improve our conversion rates, we are seeking a talented UX/UI designer to lead the redesign of our match results page. This project is a crucial lever in our strategy to enhance user experience and ensure that more individuals can access the mental health support they need and deserve.

Project Overview

The primary goal of this project is to optimize our match results page, which users see after completing our matching process. Users share their preferences for a therapist or coach, and receive the results of their recommended matches on this page.

The goal of this project is to improve the conversion rate of users who receive their matches to users who reach out to and book a consultation with their provider matches. Upon beginning the project, more information will be provided re: current conversion rate benchmarks and key areas for improvement that have been identified so far through user discovery.

Objectives

• Achieve a 30-50% increase in conversion rates from match to booking consultations.
• Create a user-friendly, intuitive design that addresses user concerns about insurance and provider value.
• Ensure that the redesign aligns with MyWellbeing's brand and mission.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
• Analyze user and team feedback provided by the Growth Manager to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement on the match results page.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the user experience.
• Create user flows and information architecture that guide users seamlessly through the booking process.
• Incorporate visual elements, such as icons, infographics, clean color composition, and engaging layouts, to convey information effectively.
• Collaborate with the developer to ensure the design is implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on the design.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX designer, preferably in the healthcare or mental health sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects, particularly related to user interface and experience.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile usability.
