Business Analyst / Fully Remote

Contract to hire: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, process maps, and requirement specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports for management.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the infrastructure, transportation, or technology sectors.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
