Service Manager

Sands Chevrolet Surprise is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our service department.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of service advisors and technicians
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all automotive repairs and maintenance
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to increase service department revenue
• Maintain accurate records of service department activities and performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior General Motors experience preferred in a management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
