Job Description
Construction Manager (Federal & Public Works) will run on site construction administration - Client communication, weekly meetings, project costs, project schedules, QA, monthly reports, etc. Oversight of Project Engineer for GC submittals, RFIs, and problem solving. Interact with the Clients (DGS/DSH), designer, State Inspector, and GC (TBD) to proactively work through issues for a successful project.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or Architecture
- 10 Years CM or GC Experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- CCM
- DGS Projects
- DSH Projects
- Work experience in secure and operational facilities
- Not for New York City Applicants.
