- Utilize CAD software to design and produce precise technical drawings
- Assess project specifications and requirements to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to facilitate project success
- Create and refine installation and manufacturing drawings as necessary
- Develop and implement data management guidelines and best practices
- Oversee task distribution within the design and engineering department
- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Inventor, and Solidworks
- Strong aptitude for reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings
- In-depth knowledge of mathematics, materials, and engineering principles
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with machine operation and shop safety protocols
- Minimum of five years of experience in 3D design, drafting, and engineering
- Comprehensive understanding of the metal manufacturing sector
