Jr. Media Buyer

What you'll do:

The Junior Media Buyer will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and other associated channels). You'll be responsible for executing, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who is proactive, data-driven, and able to think critically and adapt quickly in an ever-evolving marketing landscape.

• Campaign execution and management: Create, launch and manager Meta (Facebook and Instagram (advertising campaigns with a focus on performance and scaling
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Work closely with the marketing, design and product teams to ensure campaigns messaging aligns with broader brand objectives
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data from Meta ads manager, google analytics and other platforms to generate insights that will inform strategy. Develop reports on campaign performance and provide recommendation s to optimize future initiatives
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals
  
  

It's a perfect match if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, or a similar role with focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Must have Meta (Instagram and Facebook) Media Buying experience
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising channels
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneous
  
  

The pay range for this role is $60,000- $90,000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
