Event Operations Consultant

The Job OverviewWe are looking for an Event Operations Consultant to support our client in managing and executing various event operations. The consultant will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics, overseeing event setups, managing vendors, and ensuring the smooth running of all event-related activities.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client to understand event requirements and objectives
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee management
• Oversee event setups, breakdowns, and ensure all equipment and materials are in place
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations
• Provide on-site support during events to handle any issues or emergencies
