Coke Florida is looking for a Talent Acquistion and Sourcing Coordinator based out of our Tampa location.

What You Will Do

As a Coke Florida Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Coordinator, you will manage and ensure accuracy in individual and team reporting. You will review and create requisitions on internal and external job boards. You will source talent through platforms such as Indeed and other channels to build a robust pipeline of candidates. You will support the full life cycle process by maintaining internal reporting for after offer stage process as well as confirming new hire orientations.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience sourcing, screening, and assessing candidate qualifications.
  • Reviewing, sourcing, and engaging with a high volume of candidates.
  • Managing and ensuring accuracy in individual and team reporting.
  • Developing engagement and outreach strategies to drive applicant flow, using internal and external tools and processes.
  • Project management and cross-team collaboration; identifying process improvement opportunities when necessary.
  • Experience researching local industry/employment market to drive the recruiting process.
  • Personable, with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities.
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently with limited direction.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and highly efficient organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed.
  • Ability to be self-disciplined and able to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to accurately assess candidate qualifications.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about Coke Florida and our Coca-Cola products.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or Social Sciences. Or an Associate's Degree with 3+ years of Recruitment Experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment and sourcing experience.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with various ATS systems and recruitment sources: Indeed and LinkedIn preferred.
