Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they enter our facility.
- Answer a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages with attention to detail.
- Monitor and manage the flow of visitors, consultants, employees, and vendors in and out of the facility.
- Handle clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- A true team player with a positive attitude who enjoys helping others.
- Reliable and able to manage time effectively during busy weekends.
