Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead strategic and transformational supply chain engagements to develop optimized solutions for clients in a variety of industries, including: Manufacturing & Distribution, Automotive, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage and Medical Device
• Lead client engagements to help identify their supply chain and operational goals, assess processes, benchmark optimal performance, recommend improvements and implement solutions
• Generate growth and development of the practice by expanding relationships with clients, expanding personal and professional network, and participating in professional organizations
• Support the development of supply chain practice service offerings, methodologies, tools, and solutions
• Develop, manage, and oversee staff on client engagements
  
  

The Qualifications.

• 15+ years of Supply Chain Management experience, with a particular focus in purchasing, strategic sourcing and planning, preferably in a Manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business-related field, MBA or Masters preferred
• Previous consulting experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team and/or independently
• Organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced environment
• Frequent travel throughout the region, with up to 50% overnight travel
