This role focuses on conducting surveillance and investigative work pertaining to worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and long and short-term disability claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute surveillance activities on diverse claims, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
- Conduct activity checks and perform thorough background investigations.
- Gather statements and carry out scene inspections as necessary.
- Compile comprehensive reports detailing investigative findings.
- A minimum of two years of surveillance experience in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with Special Investigative Unit (SIU) functions, including statement collection and scene evaluations.
- Proficient report writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to conduct both stationary and mobile surveillance in various environments, including areas with higher crime rates.
- Comfort with pretext investigations as part of the investigative process.
- A valid Private Investigator License in California is mandatory.
- Active California Private Investigator License.
- At least two years of relevant experience in surveillance and investigations.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with adeptness in report writing.
