Preferred Starting Pay Range: $45-$60kJob Description:The Client Transaction Coordinator is responsible for making sure that the administrative duties of the Branch operate smoothly. They will monitor the transactions the Branch is processing and work with the Client Service Associates to make sure they are done in a timely and accurate manner. The position will require that the employee manage various types of transactions from administrative (getting forms prepared and signed) to cashiering and Money Movements. The branch processes many financial transactions each month of various types and the Client Transaction Coordinator is responsible for making sure they are completed efficiently. They would also need to create spreadsheets and help the Financial Advisors with financial analysis of various scenarios.Experience:Minimum of 2 years' work experience working with Complex Financial Transactions. This could be direct experience in a Banking or Securities environment, or something like doing Bookkeeping or Accounting for a business. The candidate just be able to break down multi-step financial transactions and work with the Clients, Advisors and other Administrators to accomplish tasks.Job Requirements:

  • Must display a professional look and demeanor
  • Must work well with other team members and clients
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to work on-site 8-5 Monday to Friday
  • Weekends and Evening work could possibly be required, but usually only if we are hosting an event (Dinner Seminar, Christmas Open House, etc.) This would only be a few times a year.
  • Very organized

Education:

  • 4-year college degree required-Preferably in Finance or Accounting or something that uses math-Will consider other degrees based on work experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products-particularly Excel.
  • Must be able to pass a proficiency test for Excel and Basic Math skills.

  • Generally, 40 hour work week, 8-5 Monday to Friday Onsite
