User Researcher (Remote Contract)

We are looking for someone who would like to gain hands-on experience in user research operations and contribute to the success of the product team!

Please Note

This is a full-time, remote contract position for a duration of three months, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role.

The compensation for this position is $55 per hour, based on a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and support of user research operations (ReOps) to ensure smooth and efficient research processes.
• Help in planning, coordinating, and analyzing user research activities, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Collaborate with the user research team to gather and synthesize data, identify insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of research tools, processes, and best practices.
• Coordinate research sessions and participant recruitment.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain research databases and documentation.
• Support the preparation of research materials and presentations.
• Collaborate with the team to refine research methodologies and processes.
• Participate in Feedback and Research loops with the Product team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Sociology, Cognitive Science, or related design studies
• 1+ Year of experience with UX research methods and Research tools such as Dovetail
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
