Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team. The payroll administrator will ensure accurate processing and recording of company's payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, and participate in data entry payroll processing by performing the following duties. Pay is in the $45K to $50K range, depending on experience, plus competitive benefits.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data for the accounting department.
• Work with field operations department to ensure payroll accuracy in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monthly management and oversight of company credit card expense reporting.
• Performs key activities related to new hire onboarding.
• Reviews and understands payroll taxes.
• Reviews and submits certified payroll reports.
• Manages and facilitates weekly reporting of field personnel project hours.
• Participates in new payroll system implementation currently in progress.
• Other duties may be assigned, as needed.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED; and one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education experience.
• Paycom and Sage 300 software
• Working knowledge of payroll best practices
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material and information
