Job Description
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction for custom homes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure project specifications are followed accurately.
- Enforce job site safety and compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concern.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the luxury custom home industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-end residential construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Competitive base salary - $100k+
