The Platz Group is seeking passionate and motivated Real Estate Agents, both licensed and unlicensed, to become part of our team at our Kirkland office, situated at 11109 Slater Ave NE. Joining The Platz Group means working in a collaborative and supportive environment where you will guide clients through the complex processes of buying, selling, and renting properties. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about real estate, have excellent communication skills, and are keen to grow their careers with a reputable and innovative company. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
