This is a contingent worker position with a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour, scheduled to run until the end of November 2024, with the possibility of extension.

Position Title

Electronic Claims Fraud Data Administrator (Contingent Worker)

Key Competencies

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent written communication, time management, problem-solving, and peer relation skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Group Mailbox within defined SLA, directing and following up on incoming emails, sales receipts, chargebacks, and representments to the appropriate Investigator or Team Leader
  • Identify and resolve multiple claim loading situations
  • Provide accurate and timely Event files to Investigators for claim handling
  • Review the department database daily for incoming/pending Events and take necessary action
  • Accurately input all Commercial Card investigations into the case management system, adhering to department procedures and timelines
  • Review and process all Events/Cases under the department threshold for Retail Debit and Commercial claims
  • Support various case processes and tasks within the case management system, following direction from the Team Lead
