Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 Bonus eligible

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design architecture blueprints that translate business requirements into cost-effective, high-performance analytics solutions.
• Lead workshops to establish data ingestion, validation, and engineering processes.
• Build roadmaps for data products using Azure platforms and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Work with data governance teams to implement data quality rules and develop data catalogs.
• Lead data model reviews and collaborate with IT and business users to deliver insightful data solutions.
  
  

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, or related field
• Experienced as a Data Architect with 5 or more years.
• Expertise with Azure data platform tools such as ADLS, Synapse, and ADF and Power BI.
• Skilled in creating normalized and star schema data models for scalable reporting.
• Strong foundation in data governance, including data catalog and quality principles.
• Data modeling skills including strong foundation in data warehousing concepts, data normalization, dimensional data modeling, OLAP or data vault. Again, experienced with 5 years or more.
• Experience in data/database design and development, including data warehouses, data lakes and master data management systems.
• Strong communication skills with departments, teams and leadership.
  
  

Additional Preferred

• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Microsoft Azure Data Factory/ Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, or Google Big Query)
• MDM experience in data warehouse and integration.
• Data quality management principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of data governance
• Prior experience working with different SAP platforms (SAP ECC, SAP PLM, S/4HANA etc.)
