The Controller will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.

- Utilize Sage 100 to process financial transactions and generate reports
- Oversee the preparation of periodic financial statements and reports
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with the team to develop financial strategies and make informed business decisions
- Participate in the budgeting process, monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct regular financial analysis, preparing detailed reports and forecasts for the management team
- Manage the organization's cash flow, keeping an eye on revenue streams, expenditures, and investments
- Coordinate with external auditors, ensuring all audit requirements are met
- Oversee tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities and ensure the organization meets its tax obligations
- Lead the finance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
