SignScapes is in need of a Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. The Graphic Designer is also detail oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment and able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Graphic Designer is self-confident and is not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius and, most importantly, have fun!

Minimum Job Responsibilities

  • Assume end-to-end responsibility of various types of signage projects
  • Quoting and estimating projects in conjunction with sales and design team
  • Leads projects with a passion, able to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Extremely detail orientated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Consult/interface with customers and answer phones
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, providing transparency to the company on project status and escalating issues as they arise
  • Coordinating materials and vendors for each project
  • Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
  • Resolving issues and solving problems that arise throughout the duration of the project
  • Obtain required permits from cities where required
  • Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships
  • Identifying and developing solutions for process improvement
  • Assess the work of contractors/installers to ensure project expectations are fulfilled


Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in signage industry or related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Enjoying what you do


Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Sign industry knowledge a plus but not required
